Each apartment home is assigned a garage and one parking space. There is no monthly fee for parking. Guest and street parking are available. Residents may store and charge up to one (1) personal Personal Micromobility Device in the Residence for each person occupying the Residence if the Personal Micromobility Device (e-bike/e-scooter) is not powered by an electric motor and complies with specific safety standards. For e-bikes: UL2849/EN15194 and for e-scooters: UL 2272/EN17128.
