If Precise ID returns a result of “Unverified”, Applicants with a Social Security number will be required to provide their valid, original government-issued photo ID and their original Social Security card. Applicants without a Social Security number will be required to provide a valid, government-issued photo ID or other supporting documentation from the list below. No copies and no expired documents will be accepted. Some Applicants may receive an email link or phone call from PreciseID after the application is submitted to begin this process.
