Tuscany Hills Apartments participates in the identity verification and income verification of all Applicants.
  • All pets and animals must be approved in writing before residing at the community. The maximum number of pets allowed in a unit is two (2) and can include a combination of the following: Dogs, Cats, Birds, Reptiles, Amphibians, Arachnids, and Small Mammals (such as hamsters, rabbits, and guinea pigs). The maximum weight of dog(s) cannot exceed 70 lbs. at maturity. Restricted dog breeds and breed mixes to be verified with veterinary records. Exotic pets, exotic reptiles and dog(s) of pure breed or mixed breed(s) of any of the following are restricted: Afghan Hound, Akita, Australian Cattle Dog, Basenji, Basset Hound, Belington Terrier, Bernese, Bloodhound, Boxer, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, Elkhound, Fox Hound, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Greyhound, Husky, Keeshond, Malamute, Mastiff, Pit Bull including other breeds of the Pit Bull Family such as Pit Bull Terrier, Pointer, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Saluki, Weimaraner. An additional deposit and monthly pet rent will apply to all approved pets. $500 deposit for the first pet, $300 deposit for the second.

  • All use of tobacco products involving smoking, burning, or combustion of tobacco, including vaping, is not permitted in the common area, including parking lots, garages, pool(s), laundry, and fitness areas. This is a smoke-free community. You will be asked to sign a Smoking Policy Addendum, and any smoking/vaping in the Community or the apartment will be a direct breach of your Lease Agreement.
